Refund policy

At NerdCore Enterprises, every item is made-to-order and uniquely crafted for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

If you believe your item arrived with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the defect

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or any reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

• All sales are final once your order is placed.
